System composition:

Falling film forced circulation evaporator is consist of each effect heating chamber、separator、crystallizer、condenser、circulation pump、vacuum and discharge system、secondary steam flash tank、 crystallization of cylinder、platform、electrical instrument control cabinet, level automatic control system and valve&pipe fittings, etc.

 

Product features:

1. The whole system design reasonable and beautiful、operation stably、energy-efficient, lower steam consumption; high concentration ratio, forced circulation type make high viscosity material easy flow evaporation, concentration period is short;
   2. Special design with simple operation can realize switching effect, to adapt to the production of different products;

   4.Evaporator by forced circulation in the tube heated evenly and heat transfer coefficient is high, can prevent dry wall phenomenon;

   7. Continuous feeding&discharging, material fluid level and the required concentration can be realized automatic control;
   Falling film forced circulation evaporator include heater and crystal separator ; Through a circulation pump, liquid circulation in the column tube, when heated to boiling point higher than the normal liquid pressure to overheat. After entering the separator, liquid pressure drops rapidly lead to part of the flash, or boil quickly. Evaporation of secondary steam into the next effect evaporator heating or into the condenser cooling.Saturated fine slurry due to gravity sinking to the crystallization of cylinder, in the crystallization chamber realize effective separation of crystal and clear liquid .
   Forced circulation falling film evaporator is our company development of high efficiency and energy saving enrichment crystallization equipment, the equipment under the condition of vacuum low temperature operation, with advantages such as fast speed of material liquid 、quick evaporation、not easy to scale, etc. Falling film forced circulation evaporator can be single-effect、double-effect、multi-effect evaporator.

Heater、 separator(crystallizer)、 condenser (mix type or surface type)、thermal compression pump、 forced circulation pump、liquid transfer pump、vacuum pump、 condensate pump、 platform、 electric control cabinet、level automatic control system and pipe&valve fittings ,etc.


Product features:

1.The equipment handle material which properties to adapt to the wide range of processing. Mainly for evaporation process easy fouling materials, materials with crystal precipitation evaporation process. With concentrated strength increase, the viscosity increase of materials, materials with insoluble solids, etc.
2.In the process of evaporation, the material flow fast in the tube by forced circulation, heated evenly, high coefficient of heat transfer, and can prevent the phenomenon of dry wall.
3.Material liquid through forced circulation pump by the pre-heater to heat quickly, get out from top up with tangent type into the separator (crystallizer), gas-liquid separation effect is good.
4. Material evaporation crystallization at low temperature by vacuum equipment, coupled with continuous feeding&discharging, ensure the saturation of pure slurry continuous output, adopts the unique design of the crystallizer, can satisfy the continuous feed, continuous discharge technological requirements, Crystallizer with forced circulation pump is the best fit, its internal structure makes the separation of crystal and mother liquid to get fast effective.
5.Equipment structure is compact, small floor spaces, layout is smooth, easy operation, stable performance, etc.

7.Forced circulation evaporator is Wenzhou Chinz Machinery co., LTD., development of high efficiency and energy saving concentration equipment, the equipment operate under the condition of vacuum low temperature , with advantages such as fast speed of material liquid、 fast evaporation 、low scaling and so on.  Forced circulation evaporator heating chamber with horizontal and vertical two kinds of structure, material cycle and speed can be adjustable by the forced circulation pump frequency conversion , its disadvantage is that energy consumption is bigger.
8.Forced circulation evaporator in order to avoid boiling products formed on the surface of the heating scaling or produce crystallization, the flow speed must be fast in the tube to prevent or reduce fouling of heat exchange tube scale generation, material flow speed in the heat exchange tube should reach 1.5 2.0 M/s, when the circulating fluid through the heat exchanger is heated, then evaporate off some part of liquid when the pressure reduced in the separator,  thereby the liquid cooling to the boiling point temperature of corresponding pressure. Because of circulating pump, the evaporator operation has nothing to do with the temperature difference , material recycling speed can be accurate adjustable, evaporation rate is set in a certain range, in the crystallization of applications, crystal can be regulated by circulating velocity and the use of special crystallizer design separated from crystal mud circulation.

Suitable for sodium chloride, sodium sulphate, ammonium chloride, ammonium ammonium acid, benzoic acid; Sodium nitrate, zinc sulfate, calcium chloride, ammonium sulfate, sodium hydroxide or other materials of evaporation and crystallization. High concentration and viscosity、easy to scale the concentration of the material, such as tomato sauce, jam, fruit juice and the processing of the high concentration of sugar solution concentration, has been widely used in domestic, the effect is good.
